Crazy Lixx

Hailing from Malmö, Sweden, Crazy Lixx is one of the leading names of the new generation of European hard rock. Formed in 2002 by vocalist, songwriter, and producer Danny Rexon, the band has become a reference in the New Wave of Swedish Sleaze Metal, delivering a sound that revives the spirit and visual style of 1980s glam metal, inspired by giants like Def Leppard, Mötley Crüe, Ratt, Skid Row, Guns N’ Roses, and Alice Cooper. Alongside Rexon, the lineup includes Jens Lundgren and Chrisse Olsson (guitars), Jens Andersson (bass), and Robin Nilsson (drums).

The group, which has won fans worldwide with albums such as Loud Minority (2007), New Religion (2010), Crazy Lixx (2014), and Street Lethal (2021), is currently promoting Thrill of the Bite, an album that balances weight, melody, and glam attitude with influences from 1980s metal and cinema. Additionally, with catchy riffs and hard-hitting hooks, Who Said Rock N' Roll Is Dead reaffirms that rock is alive and still a powerful form of cultural and social expression. Among the new singles, besides “Little Miss Dangerous” and “Hunt For Danger,” “Call of the Wild” is a tribute to the classic film The Lost Boys, capturing the essence of rebellion and the search for freedom, central themes in the movie’s narrative.

After touring Brazil in 2024, Crazy Lixx will bring their firepower to the Bangers Open Air 2026, delivering a performance that promises to be a true hard rock party.
