PRESSIVE

The Mexican nu-metal band Pressive, formed in 2005, stands out for its signature sound that blends synths, aggressive guitar riffs, striking melodies, and intense lyrics. This formula, which explores countless artistic possibilities, has given the group a unique identity, allowing them to expand their fan base not only in their home country but across the world. With over 1.5 million streams on Spotify and more than 20 official videos released, the band is considered one of the pillars of nu-metal in Latin America.

Over the years, Pressive has released several works, including the EPs Oxygen (2010) and Marionette (2014), and the albums Odium (2008) and Dissension (2015). They have also dropped singles like Esta Vez No, ¿Quien Soy? Yo, and Destino, along with collaborations with Nunca Jamás, Axty (Brazil), and A.N.I.M.A.L. (Argentina).

The band has played countless shows and tours across North and Latin America, sharing the stage with Incubus, Motionless in White, Godsmack, Lamb of God, and Machine Head, among others. Furthermore, they have performed at major festivals like Empire Music Festival (Guatemala), Montebello Rock Fest (Canada), Rock al Parque (Colombia), Grito Latino (Costa Rica), and Vive Latino (Mexico, 2016 edition). With this solid journey, Pressive has established itself as one of the leading names in the Mexican underground scene and is set to prove its worth at Bangers Open Air 2025.
