Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Dynazty was formed in 2007 under the name Sidewind before evolving into the powerhouse it is today. Blending elements of power metal and hard rock, the band quickly made waves both domestically and internationally. With eight studio albums under their belt, Nils Molin (vocals), Love Magnusson and Mike Lavér (guitars), Jonathan Olsson (bass), and Georg Härnsten Egg (drums) have been touring extensively, dominating stages across Sweden and even making a mark in Melodifestivalen, the country’s prestigious Eurovision Song Contest qualifier.
Following albums like Knock You Down (2011) and Sultans of Sin (2012), which leaned into a classic hard rock sound, the band released Renatus (2013). This album marked a sharp departure from their previous melodic hard rock, as they fully embraced power metal and melodic metal—a transition further solidified by Titanic Mass (2016).
Firesign (2018) showcased a broader, more introspective approach, while The Dark Delight (2020) and Final Advent (2022) have kept Dynazty in the spotlight with their electrifying hooks and high-energy performances—qualities we eagerly anticipate experiencing at Bangers Open Air 2025.

Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Dynazty was originally formed in 2007 under the name Sidewind before evolving into the powerhouse it is today. Blending elements of power metal and hard rock, the band quickly gained recognition both domestically and internationally. With eight studio albums under their belt, Nils Molin (vocals), Love Magnusson and Mike Lavér (guitars), Jonathan Olsson (bass), and Georg Härnsten Egg (drums) have been touring extensively, dominating stages across Sweden and making a mark in Melodifestivalen, the country’s prestigious Eurovision Song Contest qualifier.
Dynazty climbed the domestic charts with albums like Knock You Down (2011), which leaned into a classic hard rock sound, and its successor, Sultans of Sin (2012). However, the real turning point came with Renatus (2013), where the band shifted away from melodic hard rock to fully embrace power metal and melodic metal. This transition was further solidified with Titanic Mass (2016), which also incorporated symphonic elements.
“We played with Sabaton, and they have a connection to what we do. We also toured with Gamma Ray, which in a way, aligns with our sound,” frontman Nils Molin told Roadie Crew magazine during the Renatus era.
Firesign (2018) showcased a broader, more introspective approach, while The Dark Delight (2020) and Final Advent (2022) have kept Dynazty in the spotlight with their electrifying hooks and high-energy performances, which we are excited to witness at Bangers Open Air 2025.
