TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE AND ENTRY TO THE BANGERS OPEN AIR FESTIVAL 2026
1 – Tickets are issued and sold through the Clube do Ingresso system under a service agreement with the event promoter. Each ticket is valid only for the specific date, time, venue, and seat for which it was issued and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets may be physical (paper) or digital. Bangers Open Air encourages all customers to use digital tickets in support of environmental preservation.
1.1 – Bangers Open Air is solely responsible for organizing, canceling, and rescheduling the event.
1.2 – Entry after the event has started will be permitted until 7:00 PM. Re-entry will not be allowed as the ticket is only read at the first access.
1.3 – The event organizer and Clube do Ingresso are not responsible for tickets obtained through unofficial channels or systems. The official ticketing system is Clube do Ingresso, which uses anti-fraud technology to ensure ticket authenticity. In case of misuse, duplication, or copying, only the first validated ticket holder will be granted entry, even if not the original purchaser.
1.4 – Tickets (received or printed) are the customer’s responsibility. Copies or duplications will not be accepted. If tickets are lost, stolen, or printed more than once, only the first holder to pass through the scanner will be admitted. No replacement tickets will be issued.
1.5 – “Blind Ticket” and “Pass” tickets are valid for both festival days in the general admission area, using the same QR code for entry on both days. “Card” tickets are valid for one single day of the festival, for one entry only, and for one person, using electronic validation technology to access festival activities.
1.6 – The resale or commercial exploitation of tickets, including promotional use, is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the event organizer and Clube do Ingresso. Unauthorized ticket reselling is subject to legal penalties.
1.7 – Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Ownership transfer is only allowed by the ticket holder through a formal request and procedure via Clube do Ingresso’s transfer system on their website, within the deadline specified by the event organizers.
1.8 – Verification of ownership may include biometric or facial recognition methods, in compliance with applicable law and upon prior notice by the event organization.
2 – Ticket sales will take place both at physical points and online through the Clube do Ingresso website. Each CPF (Brazilian ID number) is limited to four tickets, with only one eligible for half-price entry (meia-entrada), upon presentation of valid proof.
3 – The “Card” ticket corresponds to one admission and is valid for a single entry on the selected day.
3.1 – Bangers Open Air will open to the public at 11:00 a.m. on April 25 and 26, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday). Box office operations will close at 7:00 p.m., and entry will end strictly at 8:00 p.m.
4 – For the safety of all attendees, the following items are prohibited:
(a) Glass bottles;
(b) Rigid containers with lids (e.g., plastic “Tupperware” containers);
(c) Cans;
(d) Helmets;
(e) Firearms or any type of bladed weapons;
(f) Chairs or stools;
(g) Umbrellas;
(h) Sharp objects;
(i) Piercing or cutting objects (scissors, box cutters, tweezers, nail clippers);
(j) Fireworks, explosive devices, flares, and any incendiary devices;
(k) Glass, plastic, or metal objects (perfumes, cosmetics, including any type of deodorants, toothpaste, or toothbrushes);
(l) Beverages (in any type of container);
(m) Skateboards, bicycles, or any type of motorized or non-motorized vehicle;
(n) Styrofoam, coolers, or any type of storage containers;
(o) Selfie sticks (extensions for taking photos);
(p) Items that can be used for ambush marketing;
(q) Poisonous or toxic substances, including illegal drugs;
(r) Flags, banners, or posters with commercial advertising or symbols;
(s) Professional cameras or video recording equipment, and drones of any kind;
(t) Luggage, large banners, flyers, posters, and laser pointers.
4.1 – One personal water bottle is allowed, provided it is made of appropriate material for
refilling at the event.
5 – The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years old is prohibited, and the possession and consumption of drugs, intoxicants, or similar substances are forbidden.
6 – Ticket holders must submit to security checks, searches, and the removal of any unauthorized items at the event entrance.
7 – Individuals showing violent or disruptive behavior or refusing to discard prohibited items
will be denied entry or removed.
8 – Animals will not be allowed at the Festival, except for properly identified guide dogs for the visually impaired.
9 – Smoking is prohibited in any fully or partially enclosed spaces within the Festival, as outlined by the State Law of the State of São Paulo (Law No. 12,546/2011). Offenders will face a fine and may be asked to leave the event.
10 – Audio or video recording of any part of the festival and the use of professional photographic or filming equipment (interchangeable-lens cameras) are strictly prohibited.
11 – By entering the festival, the ticket holder agrees that their image and voice may be
recorded and used, free of charge and permanently, for any purpose, including by festival
partners, without compensation.
12 – For safety reasons, there will be cameras recording the audience’s actions, as well as security agents spread out across the event.
13 – The Festival will provide a limited number of cloakroom services. Those who do not use this service will be responsible for their belongings.
13.1 – The conditions for eligibility for the half-price ticket benefit must be present at the time of purchase and when the ticket holder accesses the event. If eligibility is not proven, the ticket holder will have the right to supplement the ticket payment in full, to guarantee access to the event.
14 – The half-price ticket benefit, limited to 40% of the total tickets available for each event, will be granted to:
(a) individuals aged 60 or older (Federal Law 10.741/03 – Elderly Statute);
(b) retirees (São Paulo Municipal Law No. 12.325/1997);
(c) students with valid national Student ID (Carteira de Identificação Estudantil – CIE);
(d) people with disabilities and one companion if necessary (Federal Law No.
12.933/2013);
(e) teachers and public education workers in São Paulo (State Laws Nº. 14.729/2012 and
15.298/2014);
(f) low-income youth aged 15–29 enrolled in the Federal Government’s CadÚnico program
(Federal Laws Nº. 12.933/2013 and 12.852/2013).
14.1 – To qualify for the half-price benefit, the identification document must be presented at the time of purchase, the electronic ticket registration, and entry to the event. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the ticket, except for people with disabilities, whose proof will only be required at the event entrance. The event organizers reserve the right to not require proof of eligibility for half-price tickets at the time of online purchase, but may ask for it at ticket pickup or event entry. Half-price ticket holders are aware that they may be asked to show the same document used for ticket purchase at any time by event organizers, Clube do Ingresso staff, or law enforcement. The use of counterfeit student IDs is a crime.
15 – The event is classified for ages 16 and up. Minors under 16 may attend if accompanied by their legal guardians. If a minor is under the care of a non-family member (e.g., a friend or other adult), the guardian must present notarized authorization from the parents or legal guardian, allowing the adult to accompany the minor at the event.
16 – It is strictly forbidden to sell, offer, provide, serve, or allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18. Violators will face criminal charges, with a penalty of 2 to 4 years in prison and a fine (Art. 81 and 243, Law 8.069/90, amended by Law 13.106/2015).
17 – All attendees of the Bangers Open Air Festival, including those under 18, must carry a photo ID, which may be requested at any time by event staff or police to verify age and the legal guardian.
18 – Organizers reserve the right to change programming, schedules, or attraction dates at
any time without notice, particularly due to force majeure, unforeseen events, pandemics,
or government/judicial orders.
19 –Ticket cancellation requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after purchase and at least one (1) business day before the event, for a full refund per the Consumer Protection Code (Federal Law No. 8.078/1990). After this period, refunds will not be issued except as provided by law.
19.1 – Cancellations must be requested via the form available in the Purchase History section on the Clube do Ingresso website. Requests by email or other means will not be accepted.
20 – No refunds will be issued due to changes in the lineup, as the festival features multiple acts. Schedule or date changes may occur at any time.
21 – If any festival day is rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. No revalidation is necessary.
21.1 – If the ticket holder cannot attend the new date, they can request a refund within 30 (thirty) business days after the refund instructions are announced by the event organizers, in accordance with current laws.
22 – In the event of a full-day cancellation, the ticket holder will receive a refund for that day according to the method and deadlines established by the organizers and applicable law.
23 – In case of full festival cancellation, Clube do Ingresso will process refunds within sixty (60) days following official notice, with repayment timelines depending on the payment method.
24 – No refunds will be given for delays, event suspensions, or performer substitutions caused by extraordinary situations or force majeure beyond the organizers’ control, or by directives from administrative, governmental, or judicial authorities after the event has started.
25 – The event organizers and Clube do Ingresso are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as accommodation, transportation, food, or any other costs in any of the situations above.
26 – Tickets grant access only to authorized areas. Unauthorized entry will result in removal and referral to law enforcement.
27 – Event organizers may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination and compliance with health protocols, in line with the directives of health authorities at the time of the event.
28 – Ticket holders are responsible for checking the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions on the festival website. Claims of ignorance of updates will not be accepted.
29 – By purchasing and/or holding a ticket, the attendee acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and is aware of all related rights and obligations.
30 – Children under 10 years old do not pay for entry.
