TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE AND ENTRY TO THE BANGERS OPEN AIR FESTIVAL 2025

1 – The ticket is issued and sold through the Clube do Ingresso system under a service provision contract with the event/show promoter. The ticket is only valid for the specified date, time, location, and seat, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets may be either physical (paper) or digital. Bangers Open Air encourages customers to use digital tickets to help reduce environmental impact.

1.1 – Bangers Open Air is solely responsible for organizing, canceling, and rescheduling the event.

1.2 – Entry after the event has started will be permitted until 7:00 PM. Re-entry will not be allowed as the ticket is only read at the first access.

1.3 – Neither the event organizer nor Clube do Ingresso will be responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels. The only official ticketing system is Clube do Ingresso, which uses anti-copy technology to ensure ticket authenticity. In the case of misuse, duplication, or forgery, only the first person to validate their ticket will be granted access to the event, even if they are not the original ticket holder.

1.4 – Tickets (whether received digitally or printed) are the responsibility of the customer. Duplicate tickets or copies will not be allowed. If a ticket is lost, stolen, or printed more than once, only the first person to pass through the entry checkpoint will be allowed access. Requests for a replacement or duplicate ticket will not be accepted.

1.5 – The ticket is valid for one day only, for a single entry to the event, and for one person. It uses specialized electronic technology to validate access, allowing participation in various festival activities.

1.6 – The resale or commercial exploitation of tickets, in any form, including promotional activities, is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the event organizer and Clube do Ingresso. Engaging in ticket brokering or resale will result in penalties as prescribed by law.

1.7 – Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Ownership transfer is only allowed by the ticket holder through a formal request and procedure via Clube do Ingresso’s transfer system on their website, within the deadline specified by the event organizers.

1.8 – To verify ticket ownership, various methods of identification may be used, including biometric verification or facial recognition, in accordance with applicable laws, with prior notice from the event organizers.

2 – Tickets will be sold through physical outlets and online via the Clube do Ingresso website, limited to 4 tickets per CPF (individual taxpayer registration number), including one half-price ticket, which requires valid proof of eligibility for the discount.

3 – The Bangers Card functions as a ticket and is valid for a single entry on the chosen date. Customers will be able to access their ticket only after selecting the event date on the Bangers Open Air and/or Clube do Ingresso website starting from 2:00 PM on September 10, 2024.

3.1 – The Bangers Open Air festival will open its doors to the public at 2:00 PM on May 2, 2025 (Friday), and at 10:00 AM on May 3 and 4, 2025 (Saturday and Sunday, respectively). Ticket sales will end at 7:00 PM, and entry will close strictly at 8:00 PM on all three event days (Warm-Up + Festival).

4 – For the safety of all attendees, the following items are prohibited:

(a) Glass bottles;

(b) Rigid containers with lids (e.g., plastic “Tupperware” containers);

(c) Cans;

(d) Helmets;

(e) Firearms or any type of bladed weapons;

(f) Chairs or stools;

(g) Umbrellas;

(h) Sharp objects;

(i) Piercing or cutting objects (scissors, box cutters, tweezers, nail clippers);

(j) Fireworks, explosive devices, flares, and any incendiary devices; 

(k) Glass, plastic, or metal objects (perfumes, cosmetics, including any type of deodorants, toothpaste, or toothbrushes);

(l) Beverages (in any type of container);

(m) Skateboards, bicycles, or any type of motorized or non-motorized vehicle;

(n) Styrofoam, coolers, or any type of storage containers;

(o) Selfie sticks (extensions for taking photos);

(p) Items that can be used for ambush marketing;

(q) Poisonous or toxic substances, including illegal drugs;

(r) Flags, banners, or posters with commercial advertising or symbols;

(s) Professional cameras or video recording equipment, and drones of any kind;

(t) Luggage, large banners, flyers, posters, and laser pointers. 

4.1 – One (1) bottle of water or one (1) personal-use bottle will be allowed, provided it is made of suitable material for water refill at the event.

5 – The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years old is prohibited, and the possession and consumption of drugs, intoxicants, or similar substances are forbidden.

6 – Ticket holders must submit to security checks, searches, and the removal of any unauthorized items at the event entrance.

7 – Entry to the Festival will not be allowed, nor will anyone be allowed to remain at the event, if they exhibit violent or aggressive behavior, disrupt public order, or refuse to dispose of prohibited or unauthorized items.

8 – Animals will not be allowed at the Festival, except for properly identified guide dogs for the visually impaired.

9 – Smoking is prohibited in any fully or partially enclosed spaces within the Festival, as outlined by the State Law of the State of São Paulo (Law No. 12,546/2011). Offenders will face a fine and may be asked to leave the event.

10 – Recording or transmitting audio or video of any part of the festival by any means is strictly prohibited, as is the use of professional cameras (interchangeable lenses) or filming equipment.

11 – By attending the festival, ticket holders agree and consent to their image and audio being captured during the event. They grant all image and audio rights to the organizers and partners of the Festival, free of charge, and without limitation, acknowledging that no misuse of their image or rights will occur. They also agree that there will be no financial obligation or compensation for such use or transfer.

12 – For safety reasons, there will be cameras recording the audience’s actions, as well as security agents spread out across the event.

13 – The Festival will provide a limited number of cloakroom services. Those who do not use this service will be responsible for their belongings.

13.1 – The conditions for eligibility for the half-price ticket benefit must be present at the time of purchase and when the ticket holder accesses the event. If eligibility is not proven, the ticket holder will have the right to supplement the ticket payment in full, to guarantee access to the event.

14 – The half-price ticket benefit, limited to 40% of the total tickets available for each event, will be granted to:

(a) People aged 60 or older (Federal Law 10.741/03 – Statute of the Elderly), upon presenting an official photo ID that includes their date of birth;

(b) Retirees, in accordance with the São Paulo Municipal Law No. 12.325/1997, upon presenting an official photo ID and an INSS (SSA) benefit card proving their status. 

(c) Students, upon presenting their Student ID Card (CIE) – a document that verifies the student’s enrollment in educational programs under Title V of Law No. 9.394/96 (Brazil’s Education Guidelines), as per the national standardized model with a digital certificate. The CIE should include: full name, date of birth, recent photo, the institution’s name, educational level, and validity date, as specified in Section I of Decree No. 8.537/2015. The CIE can be issued by the National Postgraduate Association (ANPG), the National Union of Students (UNE), the Brazilian Union of Secondary Students (UBES), state and municipal entities, Central Student Directories (DCE), and academic departments at both high school and university levels (Section I of Decree No. 8.537/2015). Bank slips or proof of tuition payments will not be accepted.

(d) People with disabilities and their companions (if needed), upon presenting documentation that verifies this condition – Federal Law No. 12.933/2013 (Art. 1, §8). Only one companion can pay half-price for each disabled person.

(e) Teachers and professionals working in São Paulo’s public education system, in accordance with State Laws No. 14.729/2012 and 15.298/2014, by showing an official ID and a professional card issued by the Secretary of Education or a payslip confirming their status.

(f) Young people aged 15 to 29 from low-income families, registered in the Federal Government’s Unified Social Programs Registry (CadÚnico), with a monthly income of up to two minimum wages, by presenting their ID Youth Card (ID Jovem) and a photo ID issued by a public authority, valid nationwide (Law No. 12.933/2013, Art. 1, §9; Law No. 12.852/2013, Art. 23; and Decree No. 8.537/2015, Art. 5).

14.1 – To qualify for the half-price benefit, the identification document must be presented at the time of purchase, the electronic ticket registration, and entry to the event. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the ticket, except for people with disabilities, whose proof will only be required at the event entrance. The event organizers reserve the right to not require proof of eligibility for half-price tickets at the time of online purchase, but may ask for it at ticket pickup or event entry. Half-price ticket holders are aware that they may be asked to show the same document used for ticket purchase at any time by event organizers, Clube do Ingresso staff, or law enforcement. The use of counterfeit student IDs is a crime.

15 – The event is classified for ages 16 and up. Minors under 16 may attend if accompanied by their legal guardians. If a minor is under the care of a non-family member (e.g., a friend or other adult), the guardian must present notarized authorization from the parents or legal guardian, allowing the adult to accompany the minor at the event.

16 – It is strictly forbidden to sell, offer, provide, serve, or allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18. Violators will face criminal charges, with a penalty of 2 to 4 years in prison and a fine (Art. 81 and 243, Law 8.069/90, amended by Law 13.106/2015).

17 – All attendees of the Bangers Open Air Festival, including those under 18, must carry a photo ID, which may be requested at any time by event staff or police to verify age and the legal guardian.

18 – The event organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, timings, and attraction dates at any time, without prior notice, especially due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, the COVID-19 pandemic and its variants, or other directives from administrative, governmental, or judicial authorities.

19 – If the ticket holder wishes to cancel their purchase, they must request cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days from the day after the purchase, and at least 1 (one) business day before the event. This will allow for a refund, as per the Consumer Protection Code (Federal Law No. 8.078/1990). After 7 (seven) calendar days, no cancellations or refunds will be made, except in cases outlined by applicable laws.

19.1 – The ticket holder must submit the cancellation request via the purchase history form on the Clube do Ingresso website. Cancellations via email or any other method will not be accepted.

20 – If there are any changes to the scheduled performers, ticket refunds will not be issued, as this event involves multiple attractions. Activities (times and dates) may be altered by the organizers at any time without prior notice, especially due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, the COVID-19 pandemic and its variants, or other orders from authorities.

21 – If any day of the festival is rescheduled for any reason, tickets for that day will automatically be valid for the new date, without the need for validation from the ticket holder. Special cases regarding rescheduled days will be handled according to applicable laws.

21.1 – If the ticket holder cannot attend the new date, they can request a refund within 30 (thirty) business days after the refund instructions are announced by the event organizers, in accordance with current laws.

22 – If a complete festival day is canceled, the ticket price for that day will be refunded to the ticket holder after the cancellation announcement, according to event instructions, and in line with current laws: (i) within 3 (three) billing cycles for credit card purchases (this time frame is subject to the internal procedures of the credit card provider); or (ii) within 90 (ninety) business days for other payment methods.

23 – If the festival is canceled, Clube do Ingresso has up to 60 (sixty) days to process refunds after the event cancellation announcement. After this period, the refund will be processed: (i) within 3 (three) billing cycles for credit card purchases (this time frame is subject to the internal procedures of the credit card provider; or (ii) within 90 (ninety) business days for other payment methods. Special cases will be handled according to applicable laws.

24 – No refunds will be given for delays, event suspensions, or performer substitutions caused by extraordinary situations or force majeure beyond the organizers’ control, or by directives from administrative, governmental, or judicial authorities after the event has started.

25 – The event organizers and Clube do Ingresso are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as accommodation, transportation, food, or any other costs in any of the situations above.

26 – The ticket grants access only to authorized areas of the Bangers Open Air festival. Using the ticket in unauthorized areas or improperly will result in the immediate removal of the ticket holder by the police for further action.

27 – Event organizers may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination and compliance with health protocols, in line with the directives of health authorities at the time of the event.

28 – The ticket holder is responsible for checking the updated Terms and Conditions on the festival website and cannot claim ignorance of any changes made by the organizers.

29 – The ticket holder explicitly declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and they are fully aware of the rights and responsibilities arising from them.

30 – Children under 10 years old do not pay for entry.
