1 – The ticket is issued and sold through the Clube do Ingresso system by virtue of a service agreement executed with the event/show promoter, being valid only for the day, time, location, and seat for which it was issued, not subject to exchange or refund. Tickets may be physical (paper) or digital. Bangers Open Air encourages all customers to use tickets in digital format in order to collaborate with environmental preservation.

1.1 – The Bangers Open Air festival is the sole and exclusive party responsible for the realization, cancellation, and postponement of the event/show.

1.2 – Entry after the start of the event will be allowed until 8:00 PM. Leaving the event venue and returning later will not be permitted, as the ticket is read only upon the first access to the location.

1.3 – The event organizer and Clube do Ingresso will not be responsible for tickets generated through unofficial systems/channels. The official purchasing system is that of Clube do Ingresso, featuring anti-copy technology to guarantee the authenticity of the event tickets. In the event of any improper use, attempt to duplicate, or copy of the ticket, only the holder of the ticket that is validated first will gain access to the event premises, even if they are not the named holder.

1.4 – Tickets (received and/or printed) are the customer’s responsibility. Copies or duplication of tickets will not be permitted. If tickets are lost, stolen, or printed more than once, only the first holder to pass through the reader will gain access to the event, and it will not be possible to request a new ticket or a duplicate.

1.5 – Tickets in the Blind Ticket, Early Bird, and Pass modalities are valid for both 2 days of the festival in the General Admission (Pista Comum) area, and the same QR code must be used for entry on both days. The Card modality ticket is valid for only one day of the festival in the General Admission area, for a single entry to the event and for one person only, with special technology for electronic validation at access control, thus allowing participation in various festival activities.

Any ticket in the Blind Ticket and Early Bird modalities offers access to the official Event Pre-Party taking place on April 23, 2027, without the need to generate a new QR Code. The promotional gifts included in each promotional package and described on the official sales page must be collected and validated at the exchange booth during the festival days (without any obligation for the Festival or Clube do Ingresso to dispatch them by mail in the future).

1.6 – Commercialization or economic exploitation of the ticket in any form or by any means is expressly prohibited, including running promotional campaigns using tickets, unless authorized by the event organizer and Clube do Ingresso. Ticket brokering and resale acts will subject the offender to the penalties provided by law.

1.7 – The ticket is personal and non-transferable. Ownership transfer may only occur upon request of the ticket holder and through a procedure duly completed exclusively via the Clube do Ingresso transfer system on the Clube do Ingresso website within the timeframe to be defined by the event organization in due course.

1.8 – For ownership verification purposes, all appropriate means of verification may be utilized, including biometrics or facial photography, all in compliance with applicable legislation and subject to prior notice by the event organization.

2 – Ticket sales will take place at physical outlets and online via the Clube do Ingresso website, limited to 4 tickets per CPF (Taxpayer ID), one of which may be a half-price ticket (meia-entrada), requiring proof of entitlement to the half-price discount in all cases.

3 – The Card modality ticket is equivalent to one admission and is valid for a single entry on the day chosen or for any day when purchased in the “Day of Your Choice” (Dia a Sua Escolha) modality.

3.1 – The Bangers Open Air festival will open its gates to the general public at 11:00 AM on April 24 and 25, 2027 (Saturday and Sunday, respectively), with box office operations closing at 7:00 PM, entry to the venue strictly closing at 8:00 PM, and main stage performances taking place until 10:00 PM.

4 – For consumer safety, items deemed dangerous will not be allowed, including:

(a) glass bottles;

(b) rigid containers with lids (e.g., plastic Tupperware-type containers);

(c) cans;

(d) helmets;

(e) firearms or bladed weapons of any kind;

(f) chairs/stools;

(g) umbrellas;

(h) sharp objects;

(i) puncturing or cutting objects (scissors, utility knives, tweezers, nail clippers);

(j) fireworks, explosive devices, flares, and incendiary devices of any kind;

(k) glass, plastic, or metal items (perfumes, cosmetics, including deodorants of any kind, toothpaste, or toothbrushes);

(l) beverages (in any type of container);

(m) skateboards, bicycles, or any type of vehicle, motorized or non-motorized;

(n) styrofoam, coolers, or any type of storage utensil;

(o) selfie sticks (extensible poles for taking self-portraits);

(p) items that may be used for ambush marketing;

(q) poisonous and/or toxic substances, including illegal drugs;

(r) flags, banners, or posters containing messages or symbols with commercial advertising;

(s) professional cameras and video cameras, as well as drones of any kind;

(t) suitcases, banners, flyers, large posters, and laser pointers.

4.1 – The entry of 1 (one) water bottle or 1 (one) personal water container, provided it is made of suitable material, will be permitted for refilling water at the event. Additionally, hydration stations with free, accessible drinking water will be available.

5 – The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age is prohibited, and the possession and consumption of drugs, narcotics, or substances with similar effects are strictly forbidden.

6 – The ticket holder must submit to inspections, security searches, and the removal of unauthorized items at the festival entry.

7 – Entry or stay at the Festival will not be permitted for any person displaying violent, aggressive, or public-order-disrupting behavior, or who refuses to surrender non-permitted or unauthorized objects.

8 – Animals will not be allowed at the festival, except for duly identified guide dogs intended to assist individuals with visual impairments.

9 – Smoking is prohibited in any fully or partially enclosed space at the Festival, as established by São Paulo State Law (Law No. 12,546/2011), subjecting the violator to a fine and ejection from the event venue.

10 – Audio or video recording and broadcasting of the whole or any part of the festival by any means, as well as the use of professional cameras (interchangeable lenses) or professional filming equipment, are strictly forbidden.

11 – The ticket holder or bearer accessing the festival declares and agrees that their image and audio may be captured during the event, irrevocably and free of charge assigning all image and audio rights for all purposes, including consenting to assignment to festival partners without limitation and without constituting unauthorized use of image or any other violation of rights, and without generating any liability, burden, and/or compensation arising from such use and/or assignment.

12 – For security reasons, cameras will be recording public activities, and security personnel will be stationed throughout the venue during operational hours.

13 – The Festival will offer individual locker services in limited quantities and via advance pre-sale. Those who choose not to purchase the service must take full responsibility for their personal belongings.

13.1 – Conditions for half-price entitlement must be met at the time of purchase and upon entry to the event venue, under penalty of ticket forfeiture. If the entitlement is not proven, the holder will have the right to pay the difference to complete the full price of the ticket in order to ensure access to the event.

14 – The half-price benefit, capped at 40% (forty percent) of the total available tickets for each event, will be granted to:

(a) individuals aged 60 or older (Federal Law 10.741/03 – Elderly Statute), upon presentation of an official photo ID containing date of birth;

(b) retirees, in compliance with São Paulo Municipal Law No. 12.325/1997, upon presentation of an official photo ID and INSS benefit card proving status;

(c) students, upon presentation of a Student Identity Card (CIE) – document proving regular enrollment in education levels and modalities provided under Title V of Law No. 9.394/96 (National Education Guidelines and Bases), following a single nationally standardized template with digital certification, containing full name, date of birth, recent photo, educational institution name, education level, and expiration date, in accordance with Section I of Decree No. 8.537/2015. The CIE may be issued by the National Association of Postgraduates (ANPG), National Union of Students (UNE), Brazilian Union of Secondary Students (UBES), state and municipal entities, Central Student Directorates (DCE), and Academic Centers and Directorates at secondary and higher education levels (Section I of Decree No. 8.537/2015). Bank slips or tuition receipts will not be accepted;

(d) persons with disabilities and their companion (the latter, if necessary), upon presentation of documentation proving such condition – Federal Law No. 12.933/2013 (Art. 1, §8). Only one companion paying half-price is permitted per person with disabilities;

(e) teachers and educational professionals from the state and municipal public school systems of São Paulo or any Brazilian state, pursuant to Federal Laws, upon presentation of official photo ID and a functional badge issued by the Department of Education, or a pay stub proving status;

(f) youth aged 15 to 29 belonging to low-income families, registered in the Federal Government’s Single Registry for Social Programs (CadÚnico), with a monthly family income of up to 2 (two) minimum wages, upon presenting the Youth ID (ID Jovem) at purchase and venue entrance, accompanied by a public-issued photo ID valid nationwide (Law No. 12.933/2013, Art. 1, §9; Law No. 12.852/2013, Art. 23; and Decree No. 8.537/2015, Art. 5).

14.1 – Presentation of ID proving entitlement to half-price is required at the time of purchase, electronic ticket registration, and venue entry, under penalty of ticket forfeiture, except for persons with disabilities, whose proof will be required only upon entering the event. The organization reserves the right, at its discretion, to waive the requirement to present proof of half-price eligibility at the time of online purchase, without prejudice to requiring it either upon ticket pickup (if applicable) or at venue entry. Half-price beneficiaries are aware that presentation of the document used to purchase the ticket may be requested by the organization, Clube do Ingresso, and/or police authorities at any time inside the venue. The organization warns that ISSUING OR USING A FAKE STUDENT CARD IS A CRIME.

15 – The minimum age rating for the event is 16 (sixteen) years old. Entry for minors under 16 (sixteen) years will be permitted provided they are accompanied by legal guardians. If a minor is under the custody of a non-family adult (not a parent or sibling), said adult must carry notarized documentation signed by the parents or legal guardian authorizing the adult to accompany the minor during the event.

16 – It is strictly forbidden to sell, offer, supply, serve, administer, deliver, or permit, even free of charge, the consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age. Offenders will be charged with a crime punishable by detention from 2 to 4 years and a fine (Arts. 81 and 243, Law 8.069/90, as amended by Law 13.106/2015).

17 – All attendees at the Bangers Open Air festival, including minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, must carry a photo ID, which may be requested at any time by organization agents and/or present police authorities to verify age and legal guardianship.

18 – Organizers reserve the right to alter, at any time, without prior notice or any other condition, the schedule, set times, and dates of announced attractions, especially due to force majeure, acts of God, COVID-19 pandemic and variants, and/or other determinations issued by administrative, governmental authorities, and/or the Judiciary.

19 – If the ticket holder (buyer) wishes to cancel the purchase, the cancellation request must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days starting from the day following the purchase date, provided it is at least 1 (one) business day prior to the event, for a full refund of the amount paid, as established by the Consumer Defense Code (Federal Law No. 8.078/1990). After the 7 (seven) calendar day period, purchase cancellations and/or refunds will not be processed, except for cases provided under current legislation.

19.1 – The ticket holder (buyer) must request cancellation through the form available under Purchase History on the Clube do Ingresso website. Cancellation requests via email or any source other than the official cancellation form will not be accepted. (Check conditions directly with Clube do Ingresso).

20 – Should any change occur in the performing musical acts, no refunds will be issued for purchased tickets, given that it is a multi-act festival event. Activities (times and dates) may be subject to change by the organizers at any time, without prior notice or any other condition, especially due to force majeure, acts of God, COVID-19 pandemic and variants, and/or other determinations from administrative, governmental, and Judiciary authorities.

21 – If the date of any festival day is rescheduled for any reason, the ticket for that day will automatically remain valid for the newly defined date, requiring no additional validation by the ticket holder. Specific exceptional cases resulting in rescheduling will be governed in accordance with current applicable legislation.

21.1 – Should the ticket holder be unable to attend the new date, the ticket buyer may request a refund within 30 (thirty) business days after the release of refund guidelines by the event organization, observing current applicable legislation.

22 – In the event of a full-day cancellation of the festival, matching the day of the purchased ticket, the amount paid for that ticket will be refunded to the buyer after the cancellation announcement according to organization guidelines and current legislation: (i) within up to 3 (three) credit card billing cycles if purchased via credit card (this timeframe is not controlled by Clube do Ingresso as it depends on internal credit card administrator procedures); or (ii) within up to 90 (ninety) business days for other payment methods.

23 – In case of total festival cancellation, Clube do Ingresso will have up to 60 (sixty) days to process the refund and chargeback of paid ticket values following event cancellation communication. After this period, refunds will occur: (i) within up to 3 (three) billing cycles for credit card purchases (a timeframe outside Clube do Ingresso’s control due to credit card issuer processing); or (ii) within up to 90 (ninety) business days for other payment methods. Specific exceptional cases resulting in total festival cancellation will be governed in accordance with current applicable legislation.

24 – Ticket refunds will not apply in the event of delays, festival suspension, and/or act substitutions resulting from extraordinary circumstances or force majeure beyond the organizers’ control, or arising from administrative, governmental, or Judiciary orders occurring after the event has started. Specific exceptional cases will be governed in accordance with current applicable legislation.

25 – The event organization and Clube do Ingresso accept no liability for any additional expenses involving accommodation, transport, food, among others, under any of the circumstances outlined above.

26 – The ticket grants access exclusively to authorized areas of the Bangers Open Air festival. Using it in unauthorized areas or irregularly will result in immediate escort to local police authorities for appropriate measures.

27 – The event organization may require presentation of COVID-19 vaccination certificates or supporting documents, as well as compliance with health protocols, in alignment with health authority guidelines in effect at the time of the event.

28 – The ticket holder and/or bearer is responsible for checking the updated version of these Terms and Conditions on the festival website and cannot claim ignorance of any changes made by the organizers.

29 – The ticket holder and/or bearer expressly declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and is fully aware of all rights and obligations arising therefrom.

30 – Access to the new sector “Prime Stage View” and its enclosed area above the side bars to the right of the main plaza is permitted only with a compatible sector ticket and upon prior identification at the sector entry.

31 – The official Event Lounge offers open bar, open food service, and front-row access to main stages. Access is permitted only with a compatible upgrade ticket for said sector and upon prior identification at venue entry.
