ENGINEERED SOCIETY PROJECT

The Engineered Society Project (ESP) was founded in Jerusalem by Timothy Moss in 2015. The band's concept was driven by his travels to the Middle East and events happening in his hometown in the USA. His musical influences included local bands from his youth: Axis, Dio, Black Sabbath, and Trapeze.

ESP released their debut album, "Call To Arms," through Starwest Entertainment Records in 2015.

The decision was then made to leverage the best talent available in the industry. With the help of Wyn Davis and Steve Omest of Total Access Recording in California, Vinny Appice, former drummer of Axis/Dio/Black Sabbath, and Tim "Ripper" Owens, former vocalist of Judas Priest, were added to the lineup for the recording. Omest also recorded the album "Digital Soldiers," which received positive reviews.

Moss and Brown needed a lineup for the tour, so Sean Salinas, former drummer for Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas/New York, joined the band. Kris Keys, former vocalist for Gargantua Soul and the San Diego band Dive Bomber, completed the new lineup.

The band recorded their most recent album, Envision (Mindsnap/Combat Records), in 2025. They performed at The Whiskey and Rainbow in Hollywood, California, as well as in several other US cities. In 2023 and 2024, the band performed at the Milwaukee Metal Fest.

In 2025, the band toured Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Pakistan. The band toured with David Ellefson (Megadeth) and Yngwie Malmsteen and appeared on MTV's Metal Thrashing Madness program.
