INFORMATION FOR ALL TYPES OF TICKETS
1 – Tickets are issued and sold through the Clube do Ingresso system under a service agreement with the event/show promoter. They are only valid for the specified date, time, location, and seat they were issued for, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets may be physical (paper) or digital. Bangers Open Air encourages customers to use digital tickets to help reduce environmental impact.
2 – No entry will be allowed after the box office closes, and no exchanges or refunds will be offered in such cases. Re-entry to the venue is also not permitted once you’ve left, as the ticket is only scanned on your first entry.
3 – The event organizer and Clube do Ingresso are not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial systems or channels. The official ticketing system is Clube do Ingresso, which uses anti-copy technology to ensure the authenticity of event tickets.
4 – Tickets will be sold through physical outlets and online via the Clube do Ingresso website, limited to 4 tickets per CPF (ITIN), including one half-price ticket, which requires valid proof of eligibility for the discount.
5 – The Bangers Open Air festival will open its doors to the public at 2:00 PM on May 2, 2025 (Friday), and at 10:00 AM on May 3 and 4, 2025 (Saturday and Sunday). Box office operations will end at 7:00 PM, and entry to the venue will close sharply at 8:00 PM on all three days (Warm-Up + Festival).
6 – For safety reasons, objects that could be considered dangerous will not be allowed, such as:
Rigid containers with lids (e.g., plastic “Tupperware” containers); cans; helmets; firearms or any kind of bladed weapons; chairs/stools; umbrellas; sharp objects; piercing or cutting tools (scissors, utility knives, tweezers, nail clippers); fireworks, explosive devices, flares, and any incendiary devices; flags, banners, or posters with commercial messages or symbols; flags, banners, or posters of any material or size with any kind of message; glass, plastic, metal containers, or rigid packaging (perfume, cosmetics, aerosol or roll-on deodorant, toothpaste, or toothbrush); beverages (in any type of container).
7 – Access will not be allowed with food and beverages that are intended for sale or that may pose safety risks. However, a limit of up to 05 (five) items per person will be allowed, with preference given to:

(b) Sliced fruits packaged in a transparent and non-rigid container, such as a “Zip Lock” bag.
(c) Sandwiches packaged in a transparent and non-rigid container, such as a “Zip Lock” bag.

Any quantity that exceeds this limit may be discarded at the entrance of the event.
8 – The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years old is prohibited, and the possession and consumption of drugs, narcotic substances, or similar effects are prohibited.
9 – The ticket holder must submit to inspections, bag checks, and removal of unauthorized items at the festival entrance.
10 – Animals will not be allowed at the Festival, except for properly identified guide dogs for the visually impaired.
11– Recording or transmitting audio or video of any part of the festival by any means is strictly prohibited, as is the use of professional cameras (interchangeable lenses) or filming equipment.
12 – By attending the festival, ticket holders agree and consent to their image and audio being captured during the event. They grant all image and audio rights to the organizers and partners of the Festival, free of charge, and without limitation, acknowledging that no misuse of their image or rights will occur. They also agree that there will be no financial obligation or compensation for such use or transfer.
13 – The half-price ticket benefit, limited to 40% of the total tickets available for each event, will be granted to:

(c) Students, upon presenting their Student ID Card (CIE) – a document that verifies the student’s enrollment in educational programs under Title V of Law No. 9.394/96 (Brazil’s Education Guidelines), as per the national standardized model with a digital certificate. The CIE should include: full name, date of birth, recent photo, the institution’s name, educational level, and validity date, as specified in Section I of Decree No. 8.537/2015. The CIE can be issued by the National Postgraduate Association (ANPG), the National Union of Students (UNE), the Brazilian Union of Secondary Students (UBES), state and municipal entities, Central Student Directories (DCE), and academic departments at both high school and university levels (Section I of Decree No. 8.537/2015). Bank slips or proof of tuition payments will not be accepted.
(d) People with disabilities and their companions (if needed), upon presenting documentation that verifies this condition – Federal Law No. 12.933/2013 (Art. 1, §8). Only one companion can pay half-price for each disabled person.
(e) Teachers and professionals working in São Paulo’s public education system, in accordance with State Laws No. 14.729/2012 and 15.298/2014, by showing an official ID and a professional card issued by the Secretary of Education or a payslip confirming their status.

13.1 – To qualify for the half-price benefit, the identification document must be presented at the time of purchase and entry to the event, under penalty of losing the ticket. If eligibility is not proven, the ticket holder will have the right to supplement the ticket payment in full, to guarantee access to the event.
14 – It is essential to present an identification document that proves the half-price benefit at the time of purchase, the electronic ticket registration, and entry to the event. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the ticket, except for people with disabilities, whose proof will only be required at the event entrance. The event organizers reserve the right to not require proof of eligibility for half-price tickets at the time of online purchase, but may ask for it at ticket pickup or event entry. Half-price ticket holders are aware that they may be asked to show the same document used for ticket purchase at any time by event organizers, Clube do Ingresso staff, or law enforcement. The use of counterfeit student IDs is a crime.
15 – The event is classified for ages 16 and up. Minors under 16 may attend if accompanied by their legal guardians. If a minor is under the care of a non-family member (e.g., a friend or other adult), the guardian must present notarized authorization from the parents or legal guardian, allowing the adult to accompany the minor at the event.
16 – All attendees of the Bangers Open Air Festival, including those under 18, must carry a photo ID, which may be requested at any time by event staff or police to verify age and the legal guardian.
17– The event organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, timings, and attraction dates at any time, without prior notice, especially due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, the COVID-19 pandemic and its variants, or other directives from administrative, governmental, or judicial authorities.
18 – The event organizers and Clube do Ingresso are not responsible for any additional expenses related to accommodation, transportation, food, or other costs, in any of the above-mentioned cases.
19 – If the ticket holder wishes to cancel their purchase, the request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the day after the purchase, and at least 1 (one) business day before the event. This will allow for a refund, as per the Consumer Protection Code (Federal Law No. 8.078/1990). After 7 (seven) calendar days, no cancellations or refunds will be made, except in cases outlined by applicable laws.
20 – If there are any changes to the scheduled performers, ticket refunds will not be issued, as this event involves multiple attractions. Activities (times and dates) may be altered by the organizers at any time without prior notice, especially due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, the COVID-19 pandemic and its variants, or other actions by administrative, governmental, and judicial authorities.
