INFORMATION FOR ALL TYPES OF TICKETS
1 – The ticket
is issued and sold through the Clube do Ingresso system under
a service agreement executed with the event/show promoter. It is valid only for
the day, time, venue, and seat for which it was issued and is not subject to
exchange or refund. Tickets may be physical (paper) or digital. Bangers Open
Air encourages all customers to use digital tickets in order to support
environmental preservation.
2 – Entry to the event
will not be permitted after the box office has closed, and no exchanges or
refunds will be allowed in such cases. It is also forbidden to leave the venue
and re-enter later, as the ticket will be scanned only upon the first entry.
3 – The event organizer
and Clube do Ingresso shall not be
responsible for tickets issued through unofficial systems or channels. The
official ticketing system is Clube do Ingresso, which uses
anti-copying technology to ensure the authenticity of tickets for the event.
4 – Ticket sales will
take place both in person and online via the Clube
do Ingresso website. Purchases are limited to four (4) tickets per CPF
(Brazilian ID number), one (1) of which may be a half-price ticket (meia-entrada), in which case proof of eligibility must be provided.
5 – Bangers Open Air
Festival will open its gates to the general public at 11:00 AM on April 24 and
25, 2027 (Saturday and Sunday, respectively). Box office operations will close
at 7:00 PM, and entry to the venue will strictly close at 8:00 PM on both event
days.
6 – For the safety of
all attendees, the following items will not be allowed into the event premises:
Rigid containers or
packaging with lids (e.g., plastic “Tupperware”-type
containers); Cans of any kind; Helmets; Firearms or weapons of any type;
Chairs, stools, or folding seats; Umbrellas; Sharp or pointed objects; Piercing
or cutting tools (scissors, box cutters, tweezers, nail clippers); Fireworks,
explosives, flares, or incendiary devices of any kind; Flags, banners, or
posters containing commercial messages or symbols; Flags, banners, or posters
of any material, size, or content; Glass, plastic, or metal objects, or rigid
packaging (perfume bottles, cosmetics, aerosol or roll-on deodorants,
toothpaste or toothbrushes); Beverages of any kind or in any type of container.
The following will be
permitted:
•
One (1) water bottle or one (1) reusable personal bottle,
provided it is made of suitable material for refilling at the free potable
water stations available inside the event grounds;
•
Deodorant and sunscreen in flexible, travel-size packaging
(up to 100 ml or grams), such as tubes or sachets;
•
Portable chargers/power banks.
7 – It is prohibited to enter the event premises with food or
beverages intended for commercial purposes or that may pose safety risks.
However, each person
will be allowed to bring up to five (5) food items, preferably:
(a)
Industrially packaged, sealed products (e.g., cookies, crackers, cereal bars,
etc.);
(b) Cut fruits stored in
transparent, non-rigid containers such as zip-lock bags;
(c)
Sandwiches stored in transparent, non-rigid containers such as zip-lock bags;
(d)
One (1) plastic bottle containing only water per person.
Free potable water
refill stations will be available throughout the festival grounds. Any
quantities exceeding the above limits may be discarded at the event entrance.
8 – The sale of
alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age is strictly
prohibited. The possession or consumption of drugs, narcotic substances, or
similar compounds is strictly forbidden within the festival area.
9 – All ticket holders
must submit to security screening, searches, and removal of unauthorized items
upon entry to the festival.
10 – Entry of animals to
the festival is strictly prohibited, except for duly identified guide dogs
assisting persons with visual impairments.
11 – It is strictly
forbidden to record or transmit, in whole or in part, the festival’s
performances in audio or video by any means. The use of professional cameras
(with interchangeable lenses) or professional video recording equipment is also
prohibited.
12 – By accessing the
festival grounds, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that their image
and/or voice may be captured during the event.
The
attendee grants, free of charge and permanently, all image and audio rights for
any and all purposes, including their use by festival partners, without
limitation, and without such use constituting misuse of image or any other
rights violation, nor giving rise to any form of payment or compensation.
13 – The half-price
benefit, limited to 40% (forty percent) of the total number of tickets
available for each event, shall be granted to the following groups:
(a) Persons aged 60 or
older, in accordance with Federal Law No. 10.741/2003 (Statute of the
Elderly), upon presentation of an official photo ID indicating date of
birth;
(b) Retirees, in
accordance with São Paulo Municipal Law
No. 12.325/1997, upon presentation of an official photo ID and INSS benefit
card proving such status;
(c) Students, upon
presentation of the Student Identification Card (CIE) – the official document
proving enrollment at an educational institution pursuant to Title V of Federal
Law No. 9.394/1996 (National Education Guidelines and Framework Law),
and standardized nationwide as per Decree No. 8.537/2015.
The CIE must include the
following information: full name, date of birth, recent photo, name of the
educational institution, level of education, and expiration date.
The
CIE may be issued by ANPG (National Graduate Students Association), UNE
(National Union of Students), UBES (Brazilian Secondary Students Union), state
and municipal student entities, or central and academic student directories
(both secondary and higher education levels).
Bank slips or payment
receipts will not be accepted as proof of student status;
(d) Persons with
disabilities and one accompanying person (if necessary), upon presentation of
documentation proving eligibility, pursuant to Federal Law No. 12.933/2013
(Art. 1, §8). Only one companion per person with a disability is entitled to
the half-price ticket;
(e) Teachers and
professionals from São Paulo’s state and municipal
public education networks, pursuant to State Laws No. 14.729/2012 and No.
15.298/2014, upon presentation of an official photo ID and an employee card
issued by the Department of Education, or a payslip proving eligibility;
(f) Young people aged 15
to 29 belonging to low-income families, provided they are registered in the
Federal Government’s Social Program Registry (CadÚnico), with a monthly
household income of up to two (2) minimum wages, upon presentation of the Youth
Identity Card (ID Jovem) and a valid government-issued photo ID, in accordance
with Federal Laws No. 12.933/2013 (Art. 1, §9) and No. 12.852/2013 (Art. 23),
and Decree No. 8.537/2015 (Art. 5).
13.1 – Eligibility for
the half-price ticket must be proven both at the time of purchase and upon
entry to the event venue. Failure to provide proof of eligibility will result
in the loss of the ticket. In such cases, the ticket holder will have the right
to pay the difference to the full ticket price in order to gain access to the
event.
14 – It is mandatory to
present the documentation that proves eligibility for the half-price benefit at
the time of purchase, when registering the electronic ticket, and upon entry to
the event venue. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the ticket, except
in the case of persons with disabilities, whose proof of eligibility will only
be required at the time of entry. The organization reserves the right, at its
discretion, not to require proof at the time of online purchase, without
prejudice to requesting it either upon ticket pickup (if applicable) or at the
event entrance. Half-price beneficiaries acknowledge that the document used to
obtain the benefit may be requested at any time by the event organization, Clube do Ingresso, or police authorities within the festival area.
The issuance or use of a
forged Student ID constitutes a criminal offense.
15 – The minimum age
rating for the event is 16 (sixteen) years.
Entry
of minors under 16 years of age will be permitted only if accompanied by their
legal guardians.cIf the minor is under the supervision of a responsible adult
who is not a family member (parent, sibling, or legal guardian), that adult
must present a notarized authorization document signed by the parents or legal
guardian, granting permission for the adult to accompany the minor throughout
the event.
16 – All attendees of
the Bangers Open Air Festival, including minors under 18 years of age, must
carry an official photo identification document, which may be requested at any
time by event staff and/or law enforcement authorities present on site, for the
purpose of verifying age and legal guardianship.
17 – The
organizers reserve the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice,
the scheduled programming, performance times, and the dates of any attractions
that may be announced. Such changes may occur particularly due to force
majeure, acts of God, pandemics (including those resulting from COVID-19 and
its variants), and/or determinations issued by administrative, governmental, or
judicial authorities.
18 – The event
organizers and Clube do Ingresso shall not be
held liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by ticket holders,
including but not limited to lodging, transportation, meals, or any other
costs, under any of the circumstances described above.
19 – If the ticket
purchaser (holder) wishes to cancel the purchase, the cancellation request must
be submitted within seven (7) consecutive days from the day following the
purchase date, provided that the request is made at least one (1) business day
prior to the event. In such cases, a refund of the full amount paid will be
issued, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code
(Federal Law No. 8.078/1990). After the 7- day period has elapsed, no
cancellations or refunds will be granted, except in cases expressly provided
for under applicable law.
20 – In the event of any
changes to the musical acts or artists scheduled to perform, no ticket refunds
will be issued, as the festival comprises multiple performances and
attractions. The schedule (times and dates) of activities and performances may
be altered by the organizers at any time and without prior notice, particularly
in cases of force majeure, acts of God, pandemics (including those related to
COVID-19 and its variants), and/or official determinations by governmental or
judicial authorities.
ATTENTION
The festival is 100%
accessible to persons with disabilities (PWD) and features designated areas on
all four stages, designed to meet specific accessibility needs.
Accessible
restrooms will also be available throughout the venue.
The festival will
feature a wide range of culinary options, including vegan and vegetarian
choices.

For
each Bangers Solidário ticket purchased, R$ 20 will be donated to GRAACC
(Support Group for Children and Adolescents with Cancer) to assist in the
treatment of young patients supported by the institution.

PASS
Ticket granting access
to all festival areas and activities for both event days, except for the Lounge
and its exclusive amenities (private check-in and entrance, private bars and
restrooms, front row access to the Hot & Ice stages, and bar support at the
main stages).
BANGERS
LOUNGE CARD
An individual upgrade
granting exclusive access to the festival’s premium Lounge area,
valid for one day only.
This exclusive space
includes special services, activations, a relaxation area, bars, and more.
To enjoy the Lounge
amenities, it is necessary to first purchase a general festival ticket and then
add the Lounge access upgrade.
The Lounge is an
optional add-on service; purchasing this upgrade alone does not grant access to
the festival grounds.
Access to the Lounge
will be carried out through facial recognition validation, and Open Bar and
Open Food services will be available at specific times and only within
designated areas. The removal of food and beverages from the consumption area
is prohibited. Attendees may circulate between the Lounge and Front Row areas
with a personal, non- transferable cup.
